Our firm has been designing functional, successful commercial spaces
since 1977. We have had the opportunity to design a variety of buildings, from
libraries and community centers to banks, hotels and condominium
developments. We have also had the opportunity to work across a spectrum, from low-income Habitat houses to high-end luxury
developments. As you will see from the project profiles in this brochure,
we have helped businesses rehab existing spaces as well as create rental
and condominium projects for upscale communities.
This breadth of experience has given us the perspective and flexibility
to create designs that meet a variety of circumstances and market
conditions. The size of the project and the costs and features involved
are all related to the market; we have a proven track record of reading
the market well and responding to it appropriately.
We define our role as architects as one of serving our clients. It is
our job to help you create a development that meets your goals, looks
and functions the way you want it to, and can be built within your
budget.
We look forward to learning more about your project and how we may put
our experience to work for you.
