St. Louis Design Alliance continues to revitalize the Central West
End neighborhood through the rehab of this 1920’s building. A wine
bar is designed for the lower retail space as well as an apartment
for the second floor. The new owners will be able to take advantage
of historic tax credits from this renovation.

Carved Limestone capitals and a glazed tile
roof are just a few notable features of a 1908 brick and stucco
mercantile in historic Skinker/Debalivere. After a gut rehab,
developer, Oleander Properties plans to offer this 9,000 sf Arts and

Architect St. Louis Design
Alliance, resurrects University City’s Beverly Theater in this 2004
renovation project. Built in 1937, the Beverly Theater is a prime
example of the Art Deco style. Banquet facilities and a bar have
replaced theater seating, and the west side of the building now
includes a kitchen and bakery facilities. |

The A&P grocery was hidden beneath layers of
aluminum siding and a false facade until a careful renovation by
STLDA. The effort earned a 2000 landmarks of St. Louis preservation
award and contributes to revitalizing Loop East neighborhood.

2005
Two circa 1900 apartment buildings are transformed in another
Central West End loft conversion. Located in one of the city’s most
sought after neighborhoods, this joint effort of St. Louis Design
Alliance and Metamorphi Concepts includes spacious, open floor
plans, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, European-styled kitchen
cabinets, recessed lighting as well as many other customizable
features.

St. Louis Design Alliance. The first floor provides 1700 square feet
of retail space while the upstairs is designed for commercial use
