Multifamily Since 1977 residential architectural projects have been an important part of the the diverse work of Saint Louis Design Alliance. The scope of our work within the residential category has also been very broad. We have been involved in the design of houses for Habitat for Humanity, many low income housing projects and homes developed specifically for the New City Development Corporation. StLDA has designed new inter-city housing projects from the ground up, and we are very involved in the rehab work on older homes in neighborhoods experiencing a rebirth and refocus on their historical significance. In addition, Saint Louis Design Alliance prides itself in its innovative new home designs and exceptional and seamless home addition work in some of the finest neighborhoods in St. Louis and St. Louis County. (Proposed) Kirksville, MO Saint Louis Design Alliance completed a master plan study for a student apartment complex in Kirksville MO. The site is located across the street from Truman State University, and is planning to host 120 units in two phases. An open space is left at the intersection of the two major streets where the Club House is located. A plaza, landscaped areas, and a water feature play a key role in front of the Club House. |
