Senior Living
For over 30 years St. Louis Design Alliance has been involved in the
design of senior housing here in the St. Louis area as well as in 14
other states. The scope of the work within this residential category has
been very broad. We have been involved in the design of market value
senior living communities, many low-income housing projects through HUD,
as well as historic renovations designed for seniors and handicap
individuals.
This breath of experience has given us the perspective and flexibility
to create designs that meet a variety of circumstances and market
conditions. The size of the project and the costs and features involved
are all related to the market; we have a proven track record of reading
the market well and responding to it appropriately.
